Eat like a Viking

These photos were taken August 2011, as I celebrate my 20th birthday.

Don't expect a post of recent photos since I'm just starting to blog. My first few posts will be my past FOOD-graphy (food photography)...

first plateS : siomai, hakaw, siopao, sharksfin; ceasar salad

*If you love hakaw like I do, get as much as you can because after *nth* refills, they will not put hakaw anymore. I forgot what dimsum they replaced after hakaw.

second plateS : paella, beef, seaweed, squid, katsudon, lengua; baked oyster

third plateS : birthday noodles (I'm celebrating my 20th birthday, right?), chicken & beef, sausage; california maki, salmon

fourth plateS : steak, lamb, carbonara; tempura, steak; mango wrap, crabstick, salmon; i forgot what pizzas these are

desserts: strawberry and mango mousse; rocky road brownie, mango cake, big scoop ice cream

*Notes:
1. They have a lot of desserts (good for me because I love sweets).
2. They have yogurt; sadly it was not yet open when we ate there.
3. You can make your own halo-halo, in any way you like it.
4. They have shabu-shabu station.
5. Ducks are also available, SOMETIMES. Unfortunately, there was no duck during our visit. Maybe, ducks are available during dinner time.
6. They have unlimited drinks (juice, soda, coffee, beer---yes, unlimited beer, cheers to the light drinkers out there).
7. To know more about them, go here

*Tip: do not drink too much; drinks are there to fill your stomach... :)

BTW, Vikings will have its second branch at SM North Edsa, the Block. I'm so excited for this since I just live near the area!!!
